When someone is charged with a crime, the stress on the individual and on his or her family can be tremendous. Representation by an experienced attorney is critical,  not only for trial, but as early in the process as possible.

Earlier in his career,  Mr. McNamara served the state of Louisiana as a Felony Trial Division Prosecutor for the Jefferson Parish District Attorney’s Office.  While there, he was responsible for prosecuting hundreds of criminal cases,  including misdemeanor and felony drug charges, child molestation, theft, burglary,  robbery, armed robbery, fraud, insurance fraud, rape and murder charges. He later served as a Federal Criminal Justice Act panel attorney, representing individuals in court-appointed federal criminal cases.
